Chris Lancaster, as data controller of www.lancastertranslations.com (hereinafter, “the Website”), and in accordance with the provisions of Spanish Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection (LOPD) and Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and e-Commerce (LSSICE), has implemented the policies, means and technical and organisational procedures necessary to ensure and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data provided through the Website.
These data will be processed in a file for the purpose of responding to user enquiries and for providing quotation and services offered by Lancaster Translations, S.L.U.

2. Documentation provided for the purpose of receiving a quotation or requesting a service.

The content of any files that you might send to me for the purpose of receiving a quote or requesting a service will be kept and stored until such time that it is no longer required for the purpose of offering or providing you with a service.

All data is processed on password-protected computers and is not accessible by third parties. Your personal data is not used for marketing purposes, nor is it shared with third parties. However, as with all websites, your IP address is recorded when you visit the Website. Your IP address may provide information about the city or country in which your company or device is located. The page which “referred” you to the Website (e.g. www.google.com) may also be recorded. This data is only used for website management. It is accessible to Lancaster Translations’ hosting company but is not shared with other third parties.

Under the aforementioned Spanish Organic Law on Personal Data Protection users have the rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection and, if necessary, the right to revoke at any time their consent to receiving commercial communications by sending an email to lancaster@orangemail.es
